KHETCART — OUR STORY

Sabki Thali, Bina Zeher Vali

Some stories begin in boardrooms.
Ours began in the mud and sunlight of Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.

Long before Khetcart became a brand, it was simply a way of living — waking up to the smell of wet soil, watching the first cut of the day in the fields, eating food that was grown a few steps away, made at home, and served with nothing but honesty.

Those years stay with you.
You carry those tastes, those values, even when life takes you far away.

And that’s exactly what happened.

When Real Food Started Feeling Like a Memory

When the founders — Gaurav and Ankur (placeholder names for now) — moved to Delhi, the change hit harder than expected. The city had everything, except the one thing they were used to their whole lives:
food that tasted real.

Atta didn’t smell like freshly ground grain.
Oil felt too sharp, too processed.
Vegetables looked perfect but tasted like nothing.
And “healthy food” suddenly came with a luxury price tag.

Everything looked right…
but nothing felt right.

Slowly, they realized it wasn’t just them.
Most people living in cities had accepted this compromise — choosing convenience over purity simply because they had no trustworthy options.

That gap, that helplessness, became the spark behind Khetcart.

Why Khetcart Exists

The idea was simple:
If pure food isn’t available, we will bring it back.

If cities cannot find food without chemicals,
we will bring it directly from the farmers who still grow it naturally.

If people can’t access honest pricing,
we will make purity affordable again.

And if traditional food-making methods are fading,
we will preserve them — not as nostalgia, but as daily essentials.

That became our purpose.
Our compass.
Our promise.

From Farms to Homes — The Right Way

At Khetcart, every product begins at the source — with local crop-expert farmers who grow with care and refuse to take chemical shortcuts.

We work with them directly.
No middle layers. No inflated margins. No compromises.

Once harvested, every ingredient goes through natural, traditional processes:

  • Oils are cold-pressed slowly, without heat.

  • Flours are stone-ground the way our grandparents did it.

  • Crops are cleaned, dried, and packed without chemicals.

The goal is the same every single day —
create food that we ourselves would feed our families.

Because purity shouldn’t be a privilege.
And good health shouldn’t depend on your pin code.

When You Buy From Khetcart, You Do More Than Shop

Your purchase doesn’t just bring clean food to your kitchen.
It uplifts a farmer who worked months to grow that crop.
It strengthens traditional food practices.
It encourages chemical-free farming.
It gives dignity and fair income to rural families.
And it keeps alive a way of life that should never have disappeared.

Every order supports a chain of people who work silently behind the scenes —
from the farmers in the field
to the hands that press the oil
to the team at Khetcart working to bring purity back to your table.

Our Vision

Our tagline says it all:
“Sabki Thali, Bina Zeher Vali.”

Not just for a few.
Not just for the privileged.
Not as a trend.
Not as a marketing gimmick.

But as a right.
As a responsibility.
As a movement.

This is just the beginning.
But with every customer who chooses Khetcart, this mission grows stronger.
And we promise — we will keep walking this path, one pure ingredient at a time.
